L’Oca was a 46-seat, intimate BYOB in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood (across the street from the historic Eastern State Penitentiary).  For 5 years, L’Oca provided its guests with inspired Northern Italian food. Chef Luca Garutti’s Papperdelle with Goose Ragu was awarded “Best of Philly” Pasta of the Year (Philadelphia Magazine).
